The year of 1996 began with the receiving of an e-mail containing the news clipping of an officer Trimble that was arrested in Des Moines.

Secretary of Agriculture Ron Brown had been killed in an airplane accident. His secretary has been killed in the Washington DC office where they worked.

I had now spent six years earnestly, with great dedication, and planning, lobbied for the Reform of Marijuana Laws in the United States. It had not been easy, I had been arrested several times. I was extremely frustrated that My President, Our Elected Officials could, or would continue to keep the US citizenry completely baffled by their continued blatant intentional lies about this plant. I knew they were Lying because I had personally presented each and every elected official a complete thorough documentation of the reality that they were not telling the American Public the truth about this plant.

The drug war is taking giant steps increasing persecutions, as a result of the 1994 Crime Bill, that was signed by many Congressional House Members that had already lost the election.

I have successfully transmitted all of my hemp data to the international media at ten page increments, I am in the process of transmitting the 1995 ONDCP Budget Summary and Other Federal Drug Reports which do not necessarily support the success of the drug war.

With the implementation of all the new laws and programs, I certainly am feeling that Clinton has been a traitor to the movement considering that his “I didn’t inhale”, most likely swayed 60,000,000 votes favorably for him in the 1992 election.

President Clinton is now confronting the President of Addis the Global Shoe Manufacture telling him they were not going to sell the Addis Earth Shoe made of Hemp in America.

Disillusioned by my previous educational concepts as to the workings of government, I naively thought I could influence a difference. Because I was privileged to numerous response communications from my government I thought it was time to get serious with President Clinton.

During the mid of February 1996, I sent President Clinton e-mail that stated:

Dear Mr. President: Please read my lips: Hemp shoes are made for walking, and in the 1996 election, I hope they walk all over you. Debby Moore

I received a response to my statement from President Clinton on March 6, 1996, thanking me for my “candor”.
