June 4, 1992

Governor Bill Clinton
210 State Capitol
Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201

In late January, 1992, I wrote to your office and expressed my views on Hemp, and the many possibilities it has to cure the ailments of the planet, and the economy. In your reply, you thanked me for my frankness, however, your reply in general was that of a politician, and there was not meat, and no hope.

I don’t know how well informed you are kept up with our movement, but the :”Drug Summit” held by George bush, turned out to be the “Texas Tea Party”, and we will be silent no longer. The Presidential Libertarian nominee Andre Marrou, and vice-presidential Nominee Nancy Lord, were in San Antonio with us at tour convention, and they marched in the streets with us as we protested the “War On Drugs”.

As they respectively presented the changes they would bring to government, I listened, decriminalize all drugs? It is true that we have made crimes out of nonviolent actions with the war on drugs, but not all drugs should be legal. I listened on, ‘sacrifice the environment to make jobs.’ How can I vote for another earth abuser like George Bush?

On February 26, 1992, as the Presidents left the Majestic Theater Wednesday evening, President Jaime Paz Zamora of Bolivia, stopped his motorcade in front of me, and had his press-secretary come to where I was standing with a twenty-five foot banner listing at least forty fields of industry that would benefit from the end of Hemp prohibition. (Jobs for Machinists, Tool and Die Makers, Chemists, Truckers, Mechanics, Auto Part Suppliers, Engineers, Textile Yard Good Makers, Textile Workers, Manufactures of Equipment , Profitable Farming, Biodegradable textiles, Drug free stimulants,) I was saying, $6,100 an acre fro the economy, Fuel Independence, No More Foreign Oil”. The press secretary asked that I put into his tape recorder in Spanish the things I was saying. For instance, one acre of Hemp will produce 1,0-00 gallons of methanol. The over all moneys to be derived from Hemp cultivation for protein, paper, fiber, and fuel amounts to $1,117,550,000,000. Annually. This is some serious money. A total redistribution of the wealth in this country from the money lords, right back into ht hands of the people in the inner counties.

I came back from San Antonio so excited, I immediately began looking for some one to make this dream real, and I found Sam Walton, and he lived, I believe, that Bio-Massing for fuel would have become a reality of the future.

Shortly after speaking with Sam Walton, I received you letter, and simply because you did not lash me for my beliefs of environmental balance, I went and re-registered to vote, so I could vote for you in the democratic primary in my city.

A couple of weeks afterwards, your wife Hillary visited our city, and I presented her with the facts of the urgency to Bio-Mass for fuel. There is no other way out of greenhouse. I want to thank you for continually mentioning this during your speeches. CNN has also jumped on the band wagon on alternative fuels.

You see, the government and at least 50% of all the people know that the government is telling lies concerning Hemp. Henry Ford with all his genius, all his money, never gave up the fight for Hemp, and environmental energy balance, even until the day he died.

Enclosed you will find a snap shot I took of my yard surrounded with support signs for your election last April during the primaries. (60,000 cars pass by my home every morning.) Then as we both know, came the “chicken shit” pollution of the White River by Tyson. You smoked marijuana in college, but you didn’t inhale? You have 26 people on death row in Arkansas, and you have put 8 to death so far this year, and the last was a mentally, and physically handicapped man. (Since 8t% of all people are in jail for drug crimes, and third time possession conviction will pull for you life imprisonment, or the death penalty.) What are the crimes of the people you have on death row in Arkansas?

Politically, myself, and seven other people collected through the Kansas Environmentalists for Commerce in Hemp 3,782 leaves for the United Nations Environmental Conference in Rio. We held a march in my city where we were 1,500 strong by its end. Of course, we get no press, for we have become invisible. We are right, Hemp can save the planet, and we can prove it. But no one wants to be wrong, and admit that we have wasted billions, and billions, of dollars on a senseless war against an herb.

May 26, 1992, we sponsored the National Hemp Tour, and we had over three thousand people attend a four hour get together in the park on a cold rainy day. The excitement between the supporters was superb. Our organization encourages everyone to get registered to vote, so over and over, dozens of times a day, people ask me who to vote for, and I say, I don’t know, for I do not. I know of over six hundred people who I have encouraged to register to vote, who have never voted before in their life. Most of these people did not declare a party. I tell you Governor Clinton, there are 20,000,000 votes out there, ready for the asking. Do not let Ross Perot with because of your failure to take a definite stand for what is right and just. I just know for myself, that sincerely I can say, “Give me Liberty, of Give me Death”. I cannot stand four more years of the suppression Midas George Bush has introduced to the people and nature of the united States, and the world. It seems like everything he touches turns to smog.

Worst of all that could happen: George bush will win by maybe 23%. The hatred of the peoples of the world would cause him to die, and we could end up with Dan Quyale as President.

Personally, I give Peru a standing ovation for shooting down our surveillance airplane. Quite frankly, Peru, Bolivia, Columbia, Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Mexico, said no to George Bush in San Antonio last February, 1992. I would strongly suggest that you, or your staff, obtain the copies of the San Antonio Light, and the San Antonio Express News for Tuesday February 25, 1992 thru February 27, 1992. Every editor of these two publications had an opinion. Of Bush, of the guest Presidents, of us. It was only upon reading every line of every section that the whole of the stories unfolded. From San Antonio Light 2 27 92: Trafficking Case Offers Some Surprise Evidence “Trial” Bush & Drug kingpin are shown in photo: The picture, taken in 1986 as Bush...A color photograph of accused drug kingpin Mario Alberto Salinas-Trevino shaking hands with President Bush was entered into evidence Wednesday in a drug-trafficking trial under way a few blocks from the San Antonio Summit...The picture surfaced in the trial of attorney Herbert E. Pounds Jr. and Harlan Vander Zee, both former officers of Stone Oak National Bank here. The two are accused of laundering $750,000 in drug profits...Salinas was arrested in 1989 along with 33 others and charged with drug trafficking. A year later, he escaped from jail here.”

I have enclosed for you a copy of the Truth seeker, and a copy of the San Antonio Declaration. This was the press package we circulated more than 15,000 copies of. I will be honest, I do not necessarily agree with all the proclamations in the Declaration, in general, all points are good. Unfortunately, people in suits, don’t read literature they receive from the Hemp activists, so I especially call your attention to the Christic Report which I have marked with a paper clip.

Ross Perot for President? It appears that he has enough money to win. Do we know where he got his money? I have been told that he made his money in electronics, and computer, by designing the United States Governments Social Security Computer Systems. Now I ask, just how much did he overcharge the American people to become a wealthy millionaire. I am only guesstimating, but I would imagine, that he most likely designed computer systems for the defense industry also? I have also heard that Ross Perot is guilty of making a statement regarding the Mexicans in the community where he lives in Texas, “They should corner off the section of the city and put a big fence around it.” I have heard him say regarding the Constitution of the United States, “We should get rid of the damned old thing.”

I was involved on the threshold of the Computer revolution. When I think of how a few dominated and controlled the whole computer market, as if computer - friendly knowledge made you some kind of God. Milking business for millions, because of the masses reluctance to reeducate themselves, the general peoples of the world left, and still leave themselves at the mercy of the computer industry, whose profits hold strong.

I do not take credit for this paragraph of infinite wisdom, for it was shared with me by a young black man, 29 years of age, who had phoned me inquiring about some Astrological information, so I never saw his face, but I will always spread his words. He said: “What is wrong with the world, is computerization AKA automatization. It use to be that a man, let’s say, worked for Ford Motor Comp[any, and he made cars. And he saved his money, and he bought one of the cars that he had a part in making, and he had pride of ownership, and pride of accomplishment. And his son also bought a Ford, and he had pride that his father had a part in making this car he is driving. A machine, will never buy a car.”

Let us be honest with one another. We are all alike. Everyone on this planet wants a warm bad to sleep in when they get tired. They want enough food to fill their belly. They deserve clean air, pure water to drink, and adequate mental, and physically stimulation so that they feel productive.

So I ask, just what kind of divine intervention does Ross Perot have that he believes that he is a self proclaimed leader. Every one can tell you what the problems are. Solutions, detailed solutions, are what the people want. I personally believe that the money lords have put up Perot, because they realized how weak George Bush is, they were afraid that you would win, if not by choice, by dissatisfaction. I am afraid, if you do not do your home work, you will lose for sure.

I am encouraging you Governor Clinton to take a firm stand on a few basic issues, so people can know where you are coming from, and do not be guilty of “read my lips”. For instance: the Abortion Issue. Yes, Abortion is Murder. I do not believe in Abortion. But there is a people explosion all over the world, and earth cannot produce enough food to feed all these people. If abortion became as it was when I was a child, women still had abortions, in dark alleys, in unsanitary conditions, with coat hangers. No one wants that again.

At least you are not like Dan Quayle who preaches anti-abortion, and then belittles every female who has accepted her responsibilities, and raised her children as a single parent. Strong family Unit? Ask my daughter who graduated from the University of Kansas two years ago about strong family unit. As poor as we have been at times, one thing that my daughter is grateful for, was the fact we never had reduced school lunches, or food stamps, or welfare checks. Yesterday, my daughter Loni, a registered voter, married to a Scottish lad, told me I was going to be a grandmother. I never received one dime of child support for Loni, or my daughter Mechell, who is 15, and active along by my side in the Hemp movement. Mechell is striving to be a model. Presently she is doing driving films to teach children how to drive safely all over the world. This will be her second paying assignment after four years of hard work. Mechell and her friend Amber, 14, have a cleaning service where they clean for the elderly people for $5.00 an hour each. They are not old enough to work doing other jobs. Mechell is in Honor Classes, with a 3.79 GPA.

Do you want to win this election? Give people some real hope. Give an adequate believable solution to the economy. Like fuel independence, and no more foreign oil. Be firm with workable resolutions to our present pollution, and always put the environment first. When the environment is out of balance, people will also be out of balance. Lower taxes!!! How?, less government interference in peoples personal lives. My Federal Taxes have gone up, my personal property taxes have gone up, my business taxes have gone up, my city taxes have just increased, my state taxes have just increased. I don’t want to pay for building more jails. I don’t want to pay to have the government stomp fields of wild hemp in order to eradicate it from the planet, the birds still starve. I can’t afford the “War On Drugs”, can we spend my share of this money building another school please? I prefer to teach people manners, and respect for others. Not fear of authority.

Push Bio-Massing Hemp for fuel, and the possibility of fuel independence in two years time. Truly imagine what would happen inside the United States, and every country that spends trillions of dollars each and every year importing oil. For one moment, think of what Henry Ford had in mind when he invented the first automobile, and the 40,000 that followed, all fueled on Environmentally Friendly Hemp Bio-Mass fuel. Consider the fine ‘state of the art’ trains, and trolleys as mass transit had become prior to the petroleum industry.

Take a stand to end Marijuana, Hemp, Cannabis Sativa Prohibition. In 1932, the Democrats won with a wet platform, ending Alcohol prohibition. Abraham Lincoln said “Prohibition...goes beyond the bounds of reasoning in that it attempts to control a man’s appetite by legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes...A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.” On August 2, 1977, in his message to Congress, President Jimmy Carter said, “Penalties against possession of a drug should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself.” Hemp is no more damaging to the body that coffee or sugar.

On September 17, 1937, when Hearst, Mellon, Piepoint, Dupont, Anslinger, Weaver, Peabody, and others with selfish financial interest, set up the ground work which lead to the eradication of the number one fiber producing plant on the earth, there was one person on staff with the newly formed FBNAFA, (Federal Bureau of Narcotics, and Fire Arms) Harry J. Anslinger, Mellons nephew, and head of the Bureau for the next 31 years, until President JF Kennedy, removed him from office for racial prejudice. Six months later, JFK was killed, do not ever think these men in control are not powerful. Since that time, they have really pulled some strong ones in the presidential office in the United States, they shared personal laughter and satisfaction, gloating over, “we really pulled it over them this tie, we have a peanut farmer in the presidency, and they followed that one with a movie star who slept all the time.”

Through the “War On Drugs”, children have turned on their parents. When prompted to these actions, no one ever told them some one else would become their parent. The government pays to keep the parents in jail, and pays someone else to raise the children.

Though Drug Testing, many employees begin their employment service with lies. We all realize that George Bush & Dan Quayle’s pharmaceutical companies make money every time some one takes a drug test. As owners of the Pharmaceutical companies, they also make money every time the government extended free medicines in the guise of foreign aid, even back in 1956, when they went over to Africa, and sprayed the Polio vaccine into the months of the natives, eventually leading to the contamination of the AIDS disease. They also make money every time the producers of cocaine in the Andes Mountains order alcohol, acetone, other chemicals necessary for the production of cocaine.

I would also like to point out that seizure money, does not go back into the economy. For instance: Let’s take the farmer that grows Hemp for smoking. Let’s say that the twenty plants he harvests every year, earns him income of $20,000. Now he uses this money to pay for his children’s needs, keep the utilities on, pay for his land, and the taxes on the land. But when the government takes the money and his land on seizure laws, it all disappears and becomes more funds for more war toys.

Let’s reflect a moment on the Savings & Loan Scams. Since these defaults occurred during the greatest periods of usage of Cocaine, and the governments greatest moments of seizure, has any one ever asked what happened to all the money?

When they keep talking of Bio-Mass discussions at the United Nations Environmental Conference on CNN, I know that you realize we have done our home work well, and they are talking about Bio-Mass for fuel, paper, protein, and medical uses, everyone except the United States, is in agreement that this is the only way out of greenhouse. George Bush screams it would destroy the economy of the United States, for they say millions of jobs are at stake.

Governor Clinton, before George Bush gets the credit for this momentous, environmentally balanced action to end Hemp prohibition, take the stand yourself, and win this election. Say to the wealthy industrialists, we are not going to take the money you already have made, we are just saying that you are not going to make anymore. The economy is now going to be distributed through out the entire population, as it should have always been. Energy Farming, is an environmentally balanced way of insuring that no one will have to give up their energy desires.

The last point I would like to offer is on crime and punishment. Our jails are overcrowded, and it appears that they are not longer a determinant to crime. I suggest that imprisonment means that you will spend your hours of incarceration cleanup the land fills. Imagine, what progress could be made if all these mountains of trash were recycled? This would be very good for the environment, and offer more jobs, without doing farther damage to the earth. Owe could send all the polyester fabrics back to Dupont, and let them deal with them.)

I don’t know of anyone who would want to willingly spend time cleaning up trash in the land fills. Consequently, if you knew what ever amount of time you were sentenced to, you would have to spend that time in the land fills, a person might think twice before committing a crime. However, we need to clearly define what is a crime, and forget all the other things that have been tacked on by persons in power. Perhaps the ten commandments found in the King James version of the Bible, would be a good example to start with. Or that saying, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

I thank you for your valuable time, I hope that these world will inspire you in a way that you can win the election, please give me some of your thoughts that I can justify backing you personally for president,

I suggest: · Bio-Massing for fuel · Exploration of Hemp for all its bountiful uses Paper-Protein-Medicine-Building Supplies - Plastics · Punishment for crimes to be served recycling the land fills · Ending the Drug War with its endless expenses · Restore dignity to the constitution of the United States · Practice and Teach basic manners to everyone, so we can peacefully live together. · Invest the money that will be saved, form the end of prohibition to hire more teachers, and building school. · To use the moneys retrieved from fuel independence, to end the National Debt · Balance the National Budget, cut the fat, start with zero budget every year. · Put nothing before the environment

Very truly yours,
